Working people are paying the price for endless war. While billions of our tax dollars are spent on military conflicts overseas, our communities continue to struggle with rising costs, underfunded schools, a housing crisis, crumbling infrastructure, and an economy that leaves too many workers behind.
We believe our tax dollars should invest in the people who make this country work—not in endless wars that most Americans do not support. Every dollar spent on war is a dollar that could instead fund good-paying jobs, quality public schools, affordable housing, healthcare, and infrastructure that strengthens our communities.
